Q: Hi Justin, After reading a bunch of reviews, I'm moving from Plerdy to TruConversion Pro.
However, I have some questions:
1. Do you have any plan to add SyncSpider integration? This will opens up hundreds of integration, especially with Deskera and email services such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
2. How do you compare to HockeyStack? I notice that HockeyStack (currently on Appsumo) claims themselves as Google Analytics + Hotjar replacement. I'm wondering if I still need to HockeyStack if I already use TruConversion

May 15, 2024A: Thanks for the questions Eddy, I'll answer each one point-by-point below:
1. SyncSpider has been one of the most requested integration during this launch and is something we'll definitely look into. Currently our roadmap has us working on improving Smart Funnels with branching and values but we have options after that. We'll be rounding up to discuss the future feature rollouts very soon.
2. I'm not terribly familiar with Hockey Stack, but my initial take is that they are more like a Heap Analytics tool versus TruConversion. HockeyStack is all funnels, all the time. They don't include some of the features we do like heatmaps, recordings, form analytics, surveys, and micro surveys.
Two features they have that we currently don't are universal goals and step-by-step user journey. Those are solid features, but Smart Funnels can handle on page goal tracking and accurately measures a pre-defined funnel.
