Yes, our system can send an automatic invitation to your customer, to either ask for a COMPANY REVIEW or a PRODUCT REVIEW (by the way we have also more options like NPS and surveys system).

👉 And to both options, you also can have a HINT SYSTEM attached.

You can ask for product reviews that will be later displayed nicely on your product pages (also with pics added by the customers), and hints to such a review will be sent to your customer from a dictionary dedicated to your product category. You can even have a dictionary dedicated to a single product only if it is very unique for you.

👉 If I understand your question, you are also probably asking if customers can leave a product review DIRECTLY on the product page?

If so… then the answer is NO. We do not recommend it. You should do your best to avoid random customers who cannot prove that they bought a product from your shop, to go to your website and leave their random review (usually a negative one)

Better is to invite via email your customers, both previous and current ones via Trustmate.io internal system. So only they can leave the product review on your pages.

It is all related also to the fact that TrustMate.io wants to be recognized among shops-customers as a trustworthy company. And that our reviews, scores, and certificates are showing real situations. We do not want to allow like in Loox, Endorsal, and many other similar systems to cheat on reviews. This is why we do our best to protect your canals where random people can leave fake reviews about your company or a product because you will not be able to simply choose which reviews you are accepting and which not. But we also have an interesting mediation system that helps a lot.
