I have purchased and used other testimonials/review management apps from Appsumo in the past (like Endorsal) and TrustMate by far is the best.

It’s also the best alternative to Trustpilot on the market regardless where it’s from.

Coming from Endorsal the amount of reviews I received jumped up quite a bit. The clickable hint tooltips are a gamechanger especially because clients are busy people.

The other cool thing is I can save company from bad reviews by mediating and responding to disputes and making it accessible to quickly change review once resolved.
