I am writing to report an unresolved issue with my YouTube channel authorization. I have already reached out to your team through multiple channels, including email and the chat service. Unfortunately, I have not received any conclusive response or solution to my problem.
When attempting to authorize my YouTube channel, I encountered an error stating that authorization failed. Your chatbot repeatedly provided suggestions about allowing all requested permissions, checking all checkboxes, and ensuring I have the necessary permissions. Despite confirming that I have followed all these steps correctly, the issue persists, and no tangible resolution has been offered.

We already responded to you via the ticket system and also direct email. We do not offer 24/7 support. Our support team is online between the hours of 9am to 5pm Atlantic Standard Time, Currently its 8am.
If you can't connect the channel that means there is a permission issue somewhere. This is not an error on our end but a restriction on your channel. The error log shows Insufficient Permission caused the failure to connect.
Please check on your email and respond to the queries so we can guide you to resolve the issues you are facing quickly.
