Beautiful review, as explained multiple times before we use factual data to make recommendations not just guess. Without data all we can do is generate a random title, description and tags, you can do that with ChatGPT if that's what you are trying to accomplish.

Newly uploaded videos have no data attached to make informed decisions so we choose not to make recommendations unless there is some sort of metrics data attached as optimizing a video by guess may hurt it more than help it.

How TubeIQ works is by uncovering your existing metrics like positions, searches, referrals, demographics, ctr, likes comments etc and optimize based on those factors.
