The forgot password didnt work so i wanted to refund and buy again. Suddenly tubeiq is only in appsumo plus available... Is there a possibility to get tier 2 tubeiq without problems? Why the forgot password doesnt work? ^^ anyway i refunded it..

EDIT because there is no possibility to answer to your answer: Man, I tell you, I never received a reset password email on the mentioned email. I checked everywhere! And I dont blame you or your product, I like it, but I bought it last months with tier 2 because I realized this is the AI Tool I need. Dont misunderstand me please, I know its a little bit confusing, because i think i used more than one email adresse...but i dont know exactly...because i test a lot of AI Tools right now. I just want to purchase the Tier 2 Tube IQ which I refunded last week...can you make it possible or not? If its possible, then you will get your tacos of course but right now I dont see, that you help me with your answer....

PS: Just checked on our sent emails logs and it seems all password reset notifications over the last week were sent and delivered with no password reset requests from bosco**@***.*e. The only refunded license linked to your account was refunded on 2024-12-30 07:15:48
It's definitely a bit weird how you choose to handle this matter and it doesn't seem genuine, more like a sabotage attempt. You are free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Update Based On User Edit: You are not sure what email you used, you also don't blame us, you never contacted support but you leave us 1 taco review and will only change it if you can get back access, hmm. We would have gladly assisted you if you contacted support but it seems as we are being held to ransom for a proper review. In light of this we choose to decline any upgrade requests on your account moving forward.
