Q: how can I communicate with customers during my office hours?

Hello, I'm impressed with the Tym chatbot, however, I require a few additional features.
The AI response system is effective, but how can I communicate with customers during my office hours? For example, from 9 to 5, there will be live human chat support, and outside of office hours, the AI chatbot will be available.

Have you thought about setting up custom domains for each chatbot create on the roadmap?

Is it acceptable for users to provide their personal email for a whitelabel services plan?eg. whitelabel by custom domain email

A: We do not have anything like this in the roadmap and unfortunately i do not think this would be very feasible for us.
