Everyone has been sleeping on this one...

Ok so let me start by saying I have tried Support Board, Mevo, Skancart AI and CX Genie. Here's the downlow.
This gives you a usable chatbox right from the launch. On top of that if you have it crawl your site it can reference (WITH LINKS!) to pages your customers are looking for.
Even if other give you more chats per month that's probably due to your customers or users are going to need to repeatedly rephrase and ask the chatbot the same question over and over again to get an answer that most of the time won't be able to be answered by their system.

All your chatbots in 1 area. That's right you can see and access all chatbots from one area. There's a few competitors that can do this but the only one that I found that could get their chatbot to actually work correctly required a login for each chatbot because the knowledge bases couldn't be separated otherwise.

Separate Knowledgebases for each Chatbot. Doesn't matter how many chatbots you have each one can have it's own Knowledge base allowing you to mix your business bots (for customers) with your bots (your personal sites) but they won't touch knowledge bases so no spilling over of information.

SUPPORT: There's a reason this one was in all caps! They have great support. I reached out to every one of the other software's I tried. Even though some helped a bit they never bothered to actively solve the problem when an issue of how their chatbots and systems lacked certain abilities or when troubles arose outside of the normal (code was activating, certain options weren't active that were part of the deal, etc.). Most of the time it was a almost "that's the way it is so you have to do a ton more work to get our system to work for you" kind of a thing, when it came to the chatbots working the way you needed them.

The Tym staff not only looked into things but actively suggested things to attempt, tried it on their end and when they saw a feature that was needing to be added got to work and made it happen because it improved their system and customer experience.

It's been a while since I wrote a review but they deserve this one and I'm happy to give them a good review.
