What's the best way to schedule a demo? My partner had a scheduled meeting with UNA last night - got tons of text and e-mail reminders and then nobody showed up on the UNA side of things.

We waited more than half an hour and so far there hasn't been a reply to e-mail asking about things. We like the concept of UNA but so far this is a rocky start and has our confidence level on shaky ground.
