Q: credits changed to words
i did the g2 review and tally survey. now that the system has changed, i've lost my rollover credits. Can you change update my limits? I sent you an email.

[...] The new numbers are just proxies for old usage. Here is an overview:
- Before, we had input character limit (input) vs Now we have text generation credits limit (output)
Note: Text generation credits don't mean words. They are kind of OpenAI "tokens".
- Also now we have Agent Requests. We say you consumed 1 request, when the agent finishes a task end to end. Example: You ask the agent to "add a new section to your blog post", this is 1 request.
Now for the bonus credits, we will recredit them, this is why i said the numbers aren't final. Once i get to this, your numbers will increase drastically.
