Completely non-functional with zero support response
Tried testing Unifire.ai with just a few simple URLs. All of them have been stuck on “Processing” ever since (it's been a week), with no progress at all. The tool literally hasn’t moved past step one.
Contacted support twice. No response. Not even an acknowledgment.
This is supposed to be a content repurposing tool, but if it can’t even process a URL or provide basic support, it’s not usable in any real-world workflow. Very disappointing experience overall. Avoid until they fix both the platform and the silence from support.

Grow your brand and drive sales, leads, conversions – with impactful content that writes itself….
Yes, Unifire can help you achieve whatever it is that you want to achieve with content.
If you think you know Unifire, think again. I purchased Unifire in the last campaign and it did what it was supposed to do. The biggest value I got at the time from it was that I managed to cancel MindGrasp subscription because I could do with Unifire what MindGrasp did for me.
And then…. I forgot about Unifire because of nature of projects I was working on.
A couple of weeks ago, I went back in and initially got disappointed because the credit system seemed to have changed and I thought is it a bait & switch (but they didn't, more on this later). Little did I know that Unifire’s capabilities had transformed in the time I was out of touch. The chat agent is just mind-blowing. The workflow is so much better. I can add any uploaded videos with an @ and add to chat and ask it to create ANY content that I need. I am not just limited to the template I chose at the beginning, as was the case previously. The best part that I loved is that if you started chat with a file, you can add more files and the agent will provide answers from ALL the files. It almost becomes a collection as in IKI.ai. but with more precise answers.
Here is what I recently did. I started with a video, then half way through the chat, added another video and then another. Then I gave a prompt to the agent to write an eBook, which came out really nice. I kept changing my prompt until I got the output I really liked. I then exported the eBook into word, made a few edits, imported into Gamma and a beautiful detailed presentation was ready with beautiful copy, graphics and colours. All the core points from 3 videos were now in my presentation.
The key difference I noticed between ChatGPT and Unifire is that no matter how good the prompt is, ChatGPT’s output is generic, whereas with Unifire, when I feed videos or audios, the depth and breadth of content is just mind-blowing. I have also repurposed text with it.
As Gary Vee says, don’t create, document. I say don’t write, repurpose – from any source, any format (text, audio, or video) but make it your own (with custom prompts).
Try it, if you don’t like it, you can always refund. But it might be that you find the tool that ticks all the boxes for you. And what are those boxes? Without me naming any tools, Unifire can be your brand marketer, content generator, notes and flash card creator, ebook writer, lead magnet maker, social media post generator, LinkedIn post generator, AI chat with your videos, audios (after they are transcribed) and documents - bascially any use case you can think of. It has many pre-built templates that have pre-written prompts but you can create custom templates, and if you are still not happy with the generated output, you can tweak and reiterate in chat agent. The agnet could be more robust but it will get there. Oh and at Tier 3, I get 500,000 words generated, which is a fairer deal than my previous number of generations. In summary, I am fired up for Unifre. Keep it up team and let's keep developing Unifire into an even better, impactful content machine!
UPDATE:
I forgot to write anyting about support. Since I started Unifire again in the last 2.5 weeks, I have messaged suport chat 6 times, and I received a detailed response and guidance from Yassine within 24 hours EVERYTIME. I am not sure what happened in case of another reviewer, but if the support continues as it has been my recent experience, Unifire surpasses almost all my AppSumo tools I actively use - and I have A LOT of them. Keep it up Yassine and Max!

Apr 23, 2025Jay! can't thank you enough! Seriously!! So happy to read this, whole point was to make the agent make the content more personalized and reiterate on it, sooo happy it's providing value 🙏

great promise, but it doesn't work at all
almost every YT video ends with an error:
"This video is not authorized by Youtube to be transcribed. Please choose a different video or upload manually an audio/video file."
why? I don't now, neither do the owner
problem reported many times, left without solution, like me with a non-working product that can no longer be returned

Ignored emails and TOS requires users to hand over FULL OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS to content.
I waited a month before posting this.
I tried asking why Unifire's Terms of Service (TOS) requires users to agree that Unifire OWNS user content.
There are numerous clauses in their TOS that state that every user is handing over FULL OWNERSHIP, USAGE, AND REPRINT RIGHTS to ALL generated *and uploaded* content, just by using their service. This means if I write an article and upload it to get social content... they now own that article. And the generated content.
That is not acceptable, not necessary, and highly concerning.
I wrote Unifire. I got no reply, then wrote again, pointing out that they seemed to be using a boilerplate TOS template anyway. So I asked if they could choose another one. Then, I got a reply from Max.
He said "we don't do anything with your content," which is great. But the TOS says that they CAN, which... poses exactly the same concerns. He also said he'd consider adjusting the TOS if I had suggestions. So I was hopeful.
Well, I took quite a bit of my own time finding an agreement that seemed fair for BOTH parties: the content creators and the owners. I LITERALLY FOUND THEM A NEW AGREEMENT AND SENT IT TO THEM. I got zero reply.
I tried following up, got zero reply. I wrote AppSumo, got zero reply from them and still no reply again from Unifire team other than the very first one asking me to suggest a new agreement.
Nowadays, people are signing over way too many rights, freedoms, and property just to use services. It's simple enough just to use an agreement that doesn't require me to transfer ownership of content I write and create to the service just to USE that service.
Also, I already use three separate AI tools. (I was super excited about this one, which is why I continued to write them at all. I never go such lengths to use a product.) But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I can have my other tools create social media posts, summarize things, etc., without using a tool expressly for that, like Unifire.
Still, I wish that support wasn't so lackadaisical, and that user content was held in higher regard. I won't be signing over the rights to my content just to create social media posts, articles, and summaries.

Edited Apr 18, 2025TLDR; We removed the clause that concerns you, read more below :)
Hey! Sorry that you feel you've been ignored. While that wasn't our intention, we spent all our time into rebuilding Unifire + Figuring things out.
I answered the legal concern under another question, pasted version bellow:
Hey! fair questions to ask. There is nothing fishy or tricky going on, I'm not sure what clause is...

Disappointing
The entire purpose of such a product is that it would do better than just asking ChatGPT to do the same thing. Unifire does and then also doesn't. One really elementary functionality would be to bulk export created posts, yet this does not exist.
Also, unifire engages in the ethically murky practice of offering credits for review but then doesn't deliver on the promised credits despite several follow up e-mails.
Not sure it does enough to justify a stand alone product vs. just using your go-to LLM chat.
