Right now, this feature is still on our roadmap and hasn’t been developed yet, so the exact usage model including whether it consumes transcription minutes or includes free usage hasn’t been finalized.

But we’re considering offering a free usage quota when the feature launches, especially for LTD users. After that, it may either draw from your transcription minutes or be available as a separate add-on.
