Q: Features Request
Hello,
1. If two people speaks at the same time (debating), why does Uniscribe only transcribe one speaker?
2. Could you please add 0.50x and 0.25x speeds too?
3. Also, could you please add an option to include verbatim transcription? I know some people asked to remove the "urm" "ahh" words but I want it to be included in the transcription since it is necessary. Will it be possible?
4. I saw on one of your comments that you can't promise that Appsumo buyers having all the future features of Uniscribe plans that are similar to the one we've purchased on Appsumo. Are we promised to have a discounted price for all those unincluded features though (if we want to subscribe)?
5. What are your current and future effort to ensure your service is staying alive longer?

1. Speaker overlap: We’ve shared this with our team for further review, once we’ve looked into it more deeply, we’ll keep you posted with any updates.
2. 0.50x and 0.25x playback speeds: Good suggestion, we’ll add them!
3. Verbatim transcription (e.g., “uhm”, “ahh”): Great point. We’ll look into ways to offer this as an option before transcription, so people can choose what suits them best.
4. Future features for LTD users: While some advanced features may not be included in LTD plans due to pricing and cost structure, we’re exploring flexible options. For example, converting part of your included transcription minutes into credits, or optionally purchasing extra ones at a discounted rate, so you can still access everything you need, without committing to a subscription.
5. Long-term sustainability:
• Our product is currently profitable.
• We’ve also set aside self-funded reserves to keep operations running smoothly if needed.
• Right now, LTD is the only channel that might operate at a loss, but the number of users is limited, and it’s not our main sales model, so the risk is low and manageable.
• Most importantly, our LTD users consistently give amazing feedback and help shape the product, we really value having you onboard.
