Q: split audio into individual speakers?
not sure if this is on your radar at all, but any chance you'd consider adding a feature to split the audio into individual speakers along with the transcription? having each individual speaker with their separate transcript could be very useful. if it's not aligned with your future no worries but would be a neato feature to add!

Jun 2, 2025A: Hi! Thanks for bringing this up! Just to confirm, you’re referring to speaker identification, where the system identifies and separates different speakers during transcription, right?
If so, yes, that’s already on our roadmap. We completely agree it’s a valuable feature, especially when reviewing interviews, meetings, or multi-speaker discussions. We’re excited to bring it into UniScribe, and your feedback helps us prioritize it.
Thanks again!
yes exactly that, thank you for confirming! but also, not just identification but splitting audio into separate speaker streams. this would be awesome if you need to do some additional mixing of the audio for each separate speaker, please consider! I realize futures are hard to predict and you may not be able to share a time frame, but would access to such feature be included in the ltd? thanks!
Thanks so much for the follow-up!
However, splitting the audio into separate speaker streams for post-processing or mixing purposes goes beyond the scope of what UniScribe is designed to do.
We totally understand how useful it could be in certain workflows, but UniScribe is currently focused on transcription and AI-powered text features. Thanks again for your thoughtful suggestion!
