Hi Shariful, I have raised the issue of your AI Chat functionality not working properly since May 2024 but the issue has not bee resolved even till now. Worst still, technical support basically just went dead despite repeated email reminders. I am left high-and-dry and I am extremely disappointed with the way things are going. I have high hope for your product and that is why I bought the Plan 4 (Ultra). Appreciate it greatly if you could look into the matter personally and update me as soon as possible. Thank you.
