Q: Before leaving a review I'd like to get answers on a few features please...
I want to make sure that I understand this product after working on it:
1. Why do we have to keep expanding the tool bar, it's tedious, why can't it stay expanded or not if we choose to do so?
2. Preview of the audio isn't always working, what am I doing wrong, I just want to preview it.
3. To increase or decrease the audio voice speed, it should be intuitive and it's not, either have a manual horizontal slider for slow to faster or a -/+ vertical slider. Maybe it's there but it's not obvious, is it there?
4. Says we can tweak the pitch of the voice but everytime I open that it says OK. What am I missing?
5. What is intensity mean? In the slider bar... What am I intesifying.
6. It would be helpful to have tool tips as not everyone knows what "nomenclature" of tool they're using means.

1. Thanks for the feedback. We will rethink on the toolbar. I believe it's left sidebar, right?
2. Apologies for this. It may happen due to slowness of the newly introduced audio models. We are working on this.
3. To increase audio speed you can use the slider in right sider. Also for the selected text, you do so from the inline menu.
4. Not sure on this point. Request for further details.
5. Intensity changes the voice intensity to high or low. This way you can make a voice speak more naturally. Kindly note that not all voices support intensity feature.

1. NO didn’t say left menu, I am talking about the tools for text blocks. To work on the text to speech. You literally have to click or highlight the block area each time you want to do ANYTHING to see the menu, it’s very annoying. You also have NO PLAY button ▶️ so you literally have to click and hunt EACH TIME you want audio and text. The UI for the blocks is NOT USER friendly whatsoever.

The blocks UI very challenging to use. Because you force user to click click click each time to use the menu to emphasize, see the length, number of characters of their text to speech these type of information should be VISIBLE not hidden! In UI we do not force users to click so MANY times especially to access the tools they need. Understand? It should be intuitive to use its not.
