I recently purchased Unmixr AI (Tier 1) and am eager to utilize its features for converting various video and audio files into English and creating unique videos. However, I have a couple of questions:
Is Unmixr AI specifically designed for converting videos and audio into English?
I have emailed support and am currently waiting for a reply. Typically, how long does it take to receive a response?
I would like to confirm if this is the right program for my needs, given that I only purchased Tier 1.
Additionally, I am on the dashboard but cannot find any options to upload videos for processing. Could someone please guide me on how to access this feature?

Jan 12, 2025A: Yes, you can convert videos or audios into English. Our Dubbing Studio is human assisted. That means - you need to upload, translate and then create dubbing all in 3 steps.
