Q: Is dubbing still working?
Hi, is dubbing still working? I've tried with 2mn video and with 10mn video. Transcription is done properly. But for the dubbing, it takes the credit, then says that the media could not be loaded. It's in mp4 format. It's the same message for both (2mn and 15mn) videos. I've tried several times so it took me already around 20 credits or more. What should I do ?

We have deployed some major updates on transcription and dubbing. We have observed few issues after the deployment. We are closing one by one. Our dev team is on week long vacation. Will check and fix the dubbing soon!

cstipkovicPLUSI tried to dub 4 videos of approximately 2 min each. They all failed. It also said I had about 500 dubbing credits I believe it was. Those 4 failures used all my credits. In the description for tier 1, it says you should get about 2 hrs of dubbing. 10 min vs 2 hours is a big difference. Did credits get updated incorrectly?
