Q: Support Issue

Recently I upgraded my plan from Tier 3 to Tier 4. Why am I not able to create a voice? Always it shows an error. However, I subtracted from my credit balance. I've already mailed you.
Also, I have an issue.
I find that when I change my account password, my other PC has the same login as the account before.
Why is that? Every time I change my password, my other devices are automatically logged out, as per other software companies' policies. Which is an exception in your software. Why is this happening?

"Why am I not able to create a voice?" - Do you mean voice cloning? The addons not yet available.
Password - It is done considering our user's security.
