Q: When can we choose which model does the translation
I previously purchased this via App Sumo, I believed what was written about it. Sadly in testing it became apparent the translation AI was unusable due to the very bad quality of the translations. At that time I asked to be able to switch to another AI model for translations. Empty promises were made but nothing happened.
Here we are again, has anything changed or are the translations still embarrassing quality?
It’s pointless to buy this product till it does a great job on translations.

I understand your main use case is to use the translation feature. No promise made is still empty. We are updating our services one by one. But due to priorities and work volume, timeline is not pointing to exacly as it was promised.
Question: How long the text do you frequently use to translate?

At the time you said upgrades were weeks away to upload an existing SRT (thus ability of bypassing the obligatory transcription and required horrific translations), many many weeks later nothing had changed. Is this now in place?
We had prioritized the voice studio and we have upgraded many of our services since then. Based on feature request and popularity we prioritized. Yes, it is on track and dubbing studio v3 will have massive updates.
