As a frequent user of AI-based tools, Unmixr AI caught my attention with its innovative features and value proposition. This led me to purchase 4 codes to access the Ultra version, trusting that the experience would align with the promises made in their offer.

2. Functional Limitations

Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been less than satisfactory. From the beginning, I encountered multiple technical errors that significantly affected its overall performance. One of the most disappointing aspects was the quality of the voices, including the premium ones, which did not meet the expected standards or the claims made in the initial offer. This represents a significant disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered, undermining trust in the service.

3. Customer Support Deficiencies

Customer support is undoubtedly a critical area that requires substantial improvement. Responses are extremely slow, often taking weeks to reply to emails. Moreover, when they do respond, the communication is unclear, and they fail to provide concrete information about whether the issue will be addressed, if there is an estimated timeframe for resolution, or if it is part of their repair plan.

In many cases, they simply do not respond, leading to a frustrating and unprofessional experience. This level of service does not meet basic customer support standards, especially in such a competitive sector as artificial intelligence.

While it is understandable that Unmixr AI is in its early stages as a startup, this does not justify the lack of customer support or the recurring problems with the service. Other startups on platforms like AppSumo, despite facing similar challenges and having fewer employees, manage to offer more efficient support and maintain a better level of communication with their users. This highlights the need for Unmixr AI to prioritize these critical areas.

To form a more objective opinion about the service, I have thoroughly reviewed the questions, reviews, and comments published on AppSumo, as well as other feedback available online. A detailed analysis confirms that the problems I have experienced are not isolated cases. Numerous users have pointed out similar issues, such as frequent technical errors, limited quality in the features offered, and severe deficiencies in customer support. This consistency in complaints reinforces the perception that the service requires significant improvements in multiple areas.

6. Conclusion and Recommendation

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Unmixr AI in its current state. The combination of technical errors, limited quality of its features, and severe deficiencies in customer support significantly impact the overall perception of the product.

For these reasons, I have decided to request a refund. I hope the company takes concrete steps to address these issues and improve both its service and the customer experience in the future. Until then, I believe there are more reliable options on the market that offer better value for money.

At first, I wasn't that impressed. I put in some small stuff for transcribing. One gave me nothing, and the other was good but had one word flaw (I had an AI that did it better). However, upon another try with a longer video, it came in very handy and was easy to use. My only minor complaints were that I couldn't choose the LLM for dubbing but only default for some reason on the translation (I have AppSumo Ultra). I'm assuming this is coming soon, as I find the whole transcribing, dubbing, and translating probably the best part.

Also, I wasn't that impressed by the chat at first; however, I did notice it had a small glitch. I have Claude 3.5 Sonnet 200k as default, but it reverts to 4o mini even though it's shown as 3.5 when I go in. So I have to manually click it to work. When trying it again, I noticed the improvement, and the answer back is quite impressive. I was pleased, and not only that, it was really fast (I have many AIs to compare, so I can tell you it's impressive) and very responsive.

So I have minor gripes, but I think these will get hammered out, and overall so far it has been super positive. There's more to see and do, so I may update this at a later time.

However, after using this app for various projects—including text-to-voice, chat functionality, and image creation—I can confidently say it has far surpassed my other AI tools. I once purchased an app on Appsumo that claimed to excel at creating meditation scripts, but Unmixr proved to be the superior choice. It’s the go-to app I rely on when others fall short. Shariful has been open about both his achievements and the areas needing improvement, which is refreshing. His commitment to sustainability is inspiring. While it would have been great to have some advanced features like voice cloning for free, I understand the importance of funding the project’s longevity. I truly believe in the direction Shariful is taking with Unmixr and see a bright future for it.

I initially purchased Plan 1 and later upgraded to Plan 2. Recently, I’ve been busy testing several reputable TTS platforms like ElevenLabs and Murf.ai. While those platforms are great, I was searching for a lifetime subscription, and Unmixr AI stood out as a good choice for combining quality and affordability.

Although I faced a few issues with certain features not activating as expected, the customer support team responded quickly and resolved a part of them while I believe the other features are still under development. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The platform offers high-quality voices and services at an affordable price, making it a great option with lots of potential.
