Must upgrade to get the best voices
Got this specifically for the text to speech features. Sales page states "1,000 AI voices and 104 languages" Purchased Tier 1 plan standard. When trying to use the long form script feature and dialog box feature a total of 298 voices are available. Of these only 50 can be selected. These are not even the best voices only the lowest level robot sounding ones. In order to get more voices or to access the more realistic sounding it states I must upgrade.

In our plans we clearly mentioned which tier has access to all voices. Sales page says "1,000 AI voices and 104 languages" - that does not mean it will all be included in Tier 1. If you expect all voices to be available in Tier 1 not sure what to tell on this. You rated us 1 star just because of voices are not available in your Tiers. Come on try to be more constructive in your judgement.
