Voice Studio does not work. Slow support.
I bought two codes, and was really looking forward to using the product, but Voice Studio did not work as advertised. The standard pause times for commas and periods are too short for my use. No problem, because some of the voices can adapt to custom pause times according to Unmixr. I chose a voice that would accept custom pause times, but no matter how long I set the pause for, nothing changed.
Request for assistance 11/13 7:34 AM CST. Received response: "Noted. I will check this with my team. Regards, Shariful" on 11/13 11:06 AM CST. 46 hours later, and no further response. I can handle bugs in start-up software, but I can't handle no communication.

Nov 15, 2024Thanks for your feedback. We recently updated voice studio including pause customization feature. Not all voices support custom pause yet but that we could not properly documented yet.
