Q: Previous Lifetime Deal
I had a Lifetime Deal with UNUM from the previous offering. My account no longer has the Lifetime Plan, it was downgraded to free. Attempts to restore the LTD within the app have not worked. I've heard this happened to a lot of people.
Are you going to fix this for your previous LTD holders? Thanks!
