UNUM is hands down one of the best deals I’ve grabbed on AppSumo! From the moment I started using it, I could see the value—it makes planning, designing, and scheduling content effortless, all in one sleek and intuitive platform. The AI-powered features like Magic Captions and Hashtags save me tons of time, and the bio.bar tool is a game-changer for driving traffic. I downloaded Unum to schedule all of our posts in one place. I added Insta & Facebook with ease, but LinkedIn only added my private account, not the company account and the app doesn't have functionality to connect with Threads/Twitter/BlueSky accounts.
Therefore Unum gives me exactly what Meta does (for free!)

It did seem to have a clear layout but doesn't offer nearly enough for company needs.

Unless you use IG only, avoid, you can't tag on other channels which makes the scheduling pointless for my needs, editing a post and adding tags after it launches still requires me to be available for the scheduled time to do it, and if that's the case, why not just log in and use each platforms built in schedulers, that all support tagging.

How do I get a refund for this unuseable bit of kit?

This offer is a one time deal, because for the little amount of $ 49 you take home so much value. Sometimes I feel I live in space when I read negative reviews nagging for silly things.
This platform doesn't have even an year so it will keep add functionality. The price is so low because is not perfect yet but it will be. Established competitors charge $10 per month only to connect 1 social.. here with this offer you can connect how many you want. You need Twitter? Wait or buy something else. But don't complain as you destroy the reputation of a startup that offer an amazing deal with a very little price tag. I am sure the feature missing will be added because the most valuable are already been implemented. I bought 5 different similar software to try in AppSumo and kept this one because it is easy to connect, it is unlimited, offer calendar planning strategy suggestions, always post (while with other you get errors sometime), you have free landing page.. plus many other little things I don't see in competitors. Close your eyes, press buy and don't listen who want the chicken and the egg at the same time.

Everything is good, except that X platforms have not been released yet. I also suggest adding a bulk scheduling feature instead of scheduling items one by one. The existing functions are working great!
