Q: Confused about members vs. Lifetime seats

I purhcased quite a few Upbase codes when you were on Appsumo previously. Very happy you have come back. Thanks!

I am currently trying to decide how many codes to buy, and as I look at my current status in billing in one of my lifetime workspaces I see this:

"You are currently on the Premium plan
Members: 7
Lifetime seats: 20"

Can you explain the difference between "members" and "lifetime seats" here. Thank you.

A: "Seats" refer to the total number of lifetime member spots you can add using your lifetime codes. It looks like you've applied 4 codes (each allowing for 5 members) to the workspace.

Meanwhile, "Members" represent the total number of people currently in your workspace, which includes you and 6 other members you've invited.

This means you can still invite an additional 13 members to your workspace for free, utilizing the remaining lifetime seats.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions.
