Q: Workspace Definition Please

Hi there. I am really interested in this but am wondering how you define a workspace. Can you give me some examples for 1) an online influencer (me) and 2) a professor 3) a student?

I'm just trying to sort out how many tiers I would like to get.

Also, if I buy a bunch of tiers, can I hand one off to my husband or student (son) or do they have to make their own purchase?

Thank you!!

A: When you sign up for an Upbase account, you can create multiple workspaces using a single email address. Think of workspaces as individual organizations, each operating independently in terms of members, billing, and your projects.

You can buy multiple codes and share them with your husband and son. They won't need to make separate purchases. For details on how the lifetime codes work, please check the post in the "From the Founders" section and refer to this article:

In my opinion, there is no point in entering several workspaces.
.
Unless you have many separate companies from different industries, like Elon Musk, there is no point in creating separate workspaces.
.
Because the problem with workspaces is that you would have to switch between them, and this can be an additional problem for you.

In each workspace, you can create separate lists, which can be treated as separate projects.
And there you can collect documents, tasks, etc.
.
Theoretically, if you want to separate something, you can approach it like this:
◾Workspace 1: Private / Family - 1 user (or several if you want to have household members as well)
◾Workspace 2: Work / Company - Several users(as many as there are employees)

I think there is no need to divide it more.
Although you can also work within just one Workspace, combining private with work/company

Thank you! So basically you're saying that for most people, just buy 1 code and use it for business and personal. Is there a problem doing that if you invite assistants to the workspace to work on business things? In other words, can I make the private stuff invisible to those people?
