Q: Drag en drop turns PDF into Images?
Hello,
purchased the app a while ago. It looks nice and works well, but some very basic features are missing. You recently confirmed that the 'search and replace' function doesn't exist.
Today I found out that when we drag and drop a shipping label, which is in PDF format, it suddenly turns into an Image? Is there any way to simply Copy or Cut the shipping label and paste it while it remains to be a PDF file?
The only solution we found is by extracting the whole file which then creates 30 seperate PDF's file (one for each shipping label). This is a time consuming process since order info along with the shipping labels are send to our workers in our warehourse by our administrative staff.
If no such option exist yet, can you give me an ETD for implementation?
