Did you set your password in your account center? If yes, our system will automatically remember your password for 30 days. Within 30 days, you do not need to enter your password again. After 30 days, you need to enter your password.
If you set your password, and still need to enter it every single time, please make a screenshot or send screen recording to support@superace.com. Our support team will help figure out the issue.
