Q: Looking for a replacement for Adobe Acrobat Pro.
1. Can I merge documents?
2. Can I create forms (texts, dates, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc.) ?
3. Can I save templates?
4. Can I convert PPT, Word, Excel, JPEG, into PDF documents?
5. Can I send signature requests to several people? If yes, do I have the choice of specifying a signing order?
6. Is there an audit trail to signatures?
7. Is there anything I can with Acrobat Pro which I cannot do with UPDF?

Here are my answers:
1. Actually we don't have a "Merge File" feature in UPDF right now. However, you can merge documents by inserting pages from files into the documents. Here are the guidelines:m https://updf.com/updf-windows-user-guide/organize-pages/. We plan to have a "Merge File" feature in the next few months which allows you to drag and drop multiple files and export them as one PDF.
2. Sorry, UPDF now does not support create or fill forms. We're now working on it and we plan to release it in December on Mac, Jan or Feb 2023 on Windows.
3. Do you mean create PDF templates on UPDF and save them? It depends on what kind of templates is. If the templates contain some checkboxes, radio buttons, then you cannot do so. If they only contains text and images, then you can make it.
4. Sorry. The feature is not supported yet. It will be available in January 2023.
5. Sorry. You can not send signature requests to several people. You can only sign PDF on your own.
6. Sorry. we don't support digital signatures yet. It would be available in 2023.
