Q: PDF embeds
Hello, UPDF.
I'm currently using Google Drive to store my PDF and I embed it on my website by sharing a link and users can read the doc. I'm encountering some issues with this method. Unfortunately, Google Drive doesn't offer a way to stop people from fully downloading files from my website. CloudPDF.com is the sole alternative that successfully fulfills this requirement. Is it possible for UPDF to host my PDF files and generate embeddable links, allowing users to view the content without downloading?
Best regards
Marc

Nov 28, 2024A: Yes, UPDF can share PDF via link. You can refer to user guide here: https://updf.com/updf-windows-user-guide/share-pdf/#1
When creating a shareable link, you can configure settings such as disabling copy, download, or print options, setting an expiration time, and enabling unshare. Also, you an create QR code for you file.
So that means I can use the shareable link and embed it via iframe code
Yes, you can if you don't set an expiration time , or remove it from your UPDF Cloud folder.
Thanks Annabel, I just purchased...
