Currently, if the monthly usage reaches the plan limit, VanChat will stop answering questions and display a notification indicating that the credits have been used up until the next month, when it will reset.
However, don’t worry—we will soon launch an add-on. Once you enable the add-on, VanChat will continue to provide service even if the limit is exceeded, and you will be billed based on usage each month.
