A: Hi, Thanks for the question, VibrantSnap doesn’t include text, blur, crop, or other markup tools.
However, you can always edit your screenshots with other tools before importing them into VibrantSnap.

Q: Doesn’t replace SnagIt or CleanShot?

Does it do the actual screenshot and open for me to choose the background or do I have to screenshot using 3rd party and import it here?

A: You don’t need any third-party tools—VibrantSnap lets you take screenshots directly within the app. 📸 Once captured, you can instantly choose a background and start customizing.

Q: screen recording coming?

Would love to have that as well. No need to have a long recording, max 1min would be good enough.

A: Thank you for the suggestion! That feature sounds great and aligns well with what we aim to offer. However, it's not currently available in this software. The good news is that our team is working on a similar feature in another software we're developing. To stay updated, feel free to follow our social account on X!
