I use German. The slide script asks to remove all "special characters" from the text (well, they may be special to some people, but not to us). When trying to generate a video, I get the error message "the sricpt is missing, pleas add script from script tab on slide xyz", Well, the text IS there, the voice is generated (why does that not work automatically?). I have a 3D model of a robot. It had a square head, and eyes, and a mouth. Can this be turned into a custom avatar?
If I get a plan that allows for 12 custom avatars, and I have created 12 custom avatars, but I am not happy with them and I would like another, can I delete one and reuse the space? Or, is the custom avatar count intended for one-time use only? There are some products that have custom model or custom avatar counts for the LTD plan that allow for deleting and reusing the custom slots, so I was wondering if that is the case with VidBoard.ai as well.
