I find it interesting that when I upload my video in Romanian language, it automatically translates it to English. After that, I have to translate it back to Romanian to view it on blog generation because it`s in english. Additionally, everything else is in English. What’s the point of using this tool if I want to create clips or write emails in Romanian? Am I missing something? Your AI doesn’t seem to detect the Romanian language at all, even when I specify that it is Romanian before the job starts.
For clips I see I can select a theme or adjust settings. The default for the captions is the "highlight" theme. I keep selecting the "color" theme, yet the clip captions don't ever change. Lastly, whenever I attempt to render a clip I get an error message. I did completely exit the site, re-enter and attempted to render with no success.
So I bought your product back in spring and stopped using it hoping you have fixed the editing bugs I have reported. So the first question is whether the software is usable now. Second question - I just logged in and see that my video is EXPIRED, so I have to RE-UPLOAD IT. Why is this happening? I bought this software to upload video and make various shorts on a regular basis as teasers for my long form content, so It makes no sense to expire the videos. I just didn't want to leave you guys a bad review, even though the product was unusable back in spring, so I hope it is in a better shape now.
