Q: Why are my videos expired and were the bugs fixed?

So I bought your product back in spring and stopped using it hoping you have fixed the editing bugs I have reported. So the first question is whether the software is usable now.
Second question - I just logged in and see that my video is EXPIRED, so I have to RE-UPLOAD IT. Why is this happening? I bought this software to upload video and make various shorts on a regular basis as teasers for my long form content, so It makes no sense to expire the videos.
I just didn't want to leave you guys a bad review, even though the product was unusable back in spring, so I hope it is in a better shape now.
