I want to love it...
When I purchased VideoTap, I used it to generate a few things and found the process was pretty intuitive and the clip-making and blog snippets actually decent.
But then my videos stopped processing, and the support seems non-existent. I can see others having the same issues ongoing across the support section of the website, and I've raised via Discord and now email. I am concerned that support for VideoTap has died as there's no indication of a message or an outage.
Without any form of customer support - Even a token receipt of message would be something. Currently I feel like they've taken my money, given me a few weeks of use and then abandoned the project. And now AppSumo won't allow me to refund to find an alternative, working solution...
I'd happily stay with VideoTap if they'd respond or fix the issues.

We’ve been super busy making a lot of improvements and have fixed many of the stability and processing issues I believe you were seeing. We do have customer support through the Featurebase bubble in the bottom right of our site and try to address those as actively as we can. We hope you’ll give it another try as I think you’ll have a much smoother experience now!
