Q: Getting 'user not yet confirmed' error
Have reached out to support via the chat widget on website and no response for several days.
Also your support page link: http://support@viewfi.io/
returns error: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Please advise how to resolve.

For support, that should be an email - not a link - so support@viewfi.io. (we will get it fixed)
Please do email us with your email or chat on the widget and we will sort out the issue ASAP for you.

No worries, all sorted quickly by support with a password reset. Should have tried that to start with. My fault.
