Q: In case of multiple phone number on website - Call Tracking
hi there we have a multiple phone number on our website. We are using a Google conversion tracking for each phone numbers for the reporting. But we can just see the total number of call we are getting from the Google ad, but we need the break-down of how many call on which number on the website. Can your software help us do that? Which will require to separate organic calls also tho so we can exactly know the calls only from Google paid campaign. Please let me know. Thanks
I've been tracking progress on the road map and see that things haven't changed much since I purchased. Just wondering if you guys plan to continue with the roadmap progress and if items that are labelled Under Review will either be declined or accepted into the next stage.
I tested your tool by tracking the submit button using all three of your tracking methods to give you best chance of success. Here are the issues I found:
1. Form submissions aren't tracked when users use autofill and press Enter to submit the form. Most users have browser-stored form data, so this is a common case.
2. Even when users interact with the submit button, your tool doesn't track successful submissions properly. Here's what happens with the three tracking options and different user behaviors:
User clicks submit (form blocked by validation): All tracking options count it as a conversion.
User presses Enter while focused on submit button (form blocked): No conversion is tracked.
User presses Enter while focused on the first field (form blocked): No conversion is tracked.
It appears that your tool is identifying the same user as four distinct users. This is occurring despite the fact that the user is utilizing the same browser, IP address, and continuing within the same session without closing any windows. The only variable is the "source" value. It is perplexing that the system categorizes a visitor as entirely new based solely on a different source. This approach implies that any changes in the user's entry point to our site result in starting their history afresh. Consequently, if they interact with any email marketing, non-Google/direct traffic, Google, Bing, or other advertisements, they are recorded as "new" users, devoid of any prior history, even if they are still within the same session and just minutes apart. https://drive.google.com/file/d/17jRrqKnZOGDUpQlM1JtSf0cARo9Vi-I9/view
We're adding conversion tracking across multiple sites and started with the first one.
The system tracked the user and page view correctly, but it didn’t capture the conversion event when the form was submitted.
Could you review our setup to ensure it's correct? We'd also like to test within your interface to confirm the event fires properly—especially since form tracking is often tricky. Many tools miss:
a) Prefilled fields, if change events aren’t captured, data may be skipped. b) Users who tab through fields instead of clicking—some tools only track clicks. c) Different form submission methods—users may click submit, tab and press enter/space, or just hit enter without focusing the button.

Really hope this can be fixed.
