Initially I thought this tool would be too simple for my needs, but I've come to appreciate the seemingly thoughtful approach to development and design. One feature that has especially been useful is being able to label visitors when we know who they are. For instance, someone purchases an item and cross-referencing their IP address with Visitor Tracking to understand their buying journey. I know everyone likely has their own wish list for this software. The top three that immediately come to mind for me are:

1. Sorting of columns. I often like to focus on visitors that have visited a clients' site multiple times (warm leads). There doesn't appear to be a way to sort values (by visits, conversions, etc.)

2. Reporting for clients. Customized reports would be great. I know we can give clients access but I've learned that could cause them to be too reactive, not seeing larger trends, etc.

3. Downloading of data to spreadsheets for further analysis.
