Q: Low resolution of the resources

I just bought this tool and I am surprised that the resources are low resolution. For example, I choose a Full HD video layout and choose videos that are supposed to be in 4k, but they are added as 342px resolution. If I want to download them, the same thing, they are downloaded at very low quality. This is not usable. Please tell me what I am doing wrong or where I should look or fix this, because if so, this is not interesting for me and I should refund. Thank you very much.

A: Hello, and thank you for your question!

If you're using images or videos you've uploaded, VistaCreate compresses them after upload to keep things running smoothly on the artboard. However, once you download your design, it should match the resolution of your original file.

Please ensure your original video is of high quality (e.g., 4K or HD) before uploading. If the video resolution still appears low after downloading, it could be due to the video being compressed during upload. To resolve this, try downloading the video after completing your design, and the quality should match that of the original video.

If you’re working with a design that includes your own images or videos, we also recommend resizing the design to increase the resolution. You can do this by clicking “Resize” in the upper-right corner and adjusting the custom dimensions. Keep the aspect ratio the same for the best results.

Let us know if you'd like further guidance by reaching us via support.create@vista.com in order to check the design itself, we’ll be happy to assist!
