disappointing to say the least
I have been using Vista Create in the past a lot and decided to get the deal just to see there are no updates since a year ago at the least. Same bugs all over the place, let alone new features or minor improvements.
It seems the product has not been updated at all for a while.
I have reached out to customer support to ask if there were any new features in the last 6 months and they admitted there is nothing. No roadmap, nothing. Not a single AI integration, every app is speeding with AI. All VistaCreate is using AI is to reply to users in Appsumo comments.
The tool is lacking vector export. The reason I bring it up is that the team replied that they will consider this feedback, but this is the same response that I got 2 years ago.
The tool is good for basic things, that is all. Very basic I mean.
The templates are slowly getting out of dated and are limited. Some of them won't work at all, you will spend time editing the thing and you won't be able to download it. The team will respond - yes, I recreated your design and I get the same error. Then two weeks later they will respond, we found a solution if you deleted this one line it will work. I mean guys, it's too late by now.
I am giving it one taco as they do have some library that comes in handy sometimes. But you can't just download an image, you have to create a custom size project with that image and then export it. It feels like there are difficult steps to make it complicated for you on purpose.
And by the way, all the 5 tacos reviews, I am starting to doubt how legitimate they are.

I really liked the fact that you honored the lifetime deal when you bought Crello out in 2021, and for that I give you 5 tacos. Also this is a great app and service. I've used it multiple times for my business. My only gripe is no Ai to help lol. But it is great and thank you again for honoring us lifetime dealers.
