It appear promising but...

While I already own a similar product, I was hoping for a significant upgrade. After reviewing the feedback, I noticed most reviews were from 3-4 years ago, which led me to think: 'Following the Vista acquisition, the app and service should have improved dramatically.'
However, in my opinion, the results are quite basic. There's nothing innovative about the templates or editing features. I primarily subscribed for the advertised access to 70+ million images and video assets.
Unfortunately, with this deal, the assets are only available in low resolution, and video clips are restricted to 10-15 seconds each.
When comparing this to my other lifetime deal apps, the difference was striking - the other applications are far superior in terms of templates, video capabilities, editing features, and especially in their AI integration.
I'm disappointed that this app and its renowned brand name failed to meet expectations.

Hi, and thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and concerns.

Regarding the formats you mentioned, here’s a breakdown of when to use different file types for your designs:
- JPG: Ideal for social media and email newsletters, as it ensures quick loading times and is optimized for web use. However, please note that JPGs may lose some quality due to compression, which is common when saving and uploading files. It works best for posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr, where web-friendly file sizes are important.
- PNG: Provides higher quality without the compression seen in JPGs, making it a great option for designs where clarity and resolution are critical. It's also the best format for images with transparent backgrounds. PNG is suitable for all social media posts, cover images, online ads, and logos, among other things.
- PDF: Best used for printable designs such as business cards, flyers, posters, brochures, and documents. PDFs maintain the highest quality for print, although the file size may not be as web-friendly as JPG or PNG formats.

If you ever find the exported design quality lacking, there are a few tricks to improve the image resolution:
- Resize the design: You can increase the image size in the "Resize" option, keeping the aspect ratio the same for a higher resolution.
- Export as PDF: This typically preserves more quality, and then you can convert it to PNG or JPG using design software like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
- For Mac users: You can export the PDF from the previewer as either PNG or JPG for better quality.

As for videos, please note that video length is limited to 60 seconds, with a minimum of 20 seconds for best results. Supported formats are MP4 and MOV, and the file size should not exceed 200MB.

Regarding the AI feature, we are excited to announce that an AI mage generator will be launched soon! There will be a certain number of image generations available monthly under the Pro plan.

We hope this clears up any questions and helps with your future design projects. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!
