Q: Hosts

Hello, quick question about session for 150 people, can I:
- Invite everyone to join as listeners, so they’re muted by default, but if someone raises their hand or sends a message, I can invite them to speak, and everyone else will be able to see and hear them too?
- Can I have 2-5 people as hosts chatting about the topic and others will be listing?
- If I plan for up to 150 attendees and more people want to join, will they still be able to see the session or not?
- If not, do I need to get 7 codes to enable live streaming through the Vivomeetings for up to 10,000 viewers? Those viewers wouldn’t be able to actively attend, right? Would they just be the first 150 who join or those specifically invited?
- Also, what exactly is the "1 Ultimate Plan Host"?
- Can I sell "tickets" or access to webinars? If not, are you planning to add it?

A: 1. You can invite participants to join your meeting when you schedule it. There are four modes: conversation and collaboration, classroom, webinar, and focus. You can check the how-to video on our YouTube channel.

2. When scheduling your meeting, you can enable chat with the host only or allow everyone to chat with each other and the host.

3. If you have a capacity of 150, that is your limit, and any participant beyond this limit will not be able to join.

4. Livestreaming differs from joining a meeting; when you join the livestream, you merely watch and cannot participate.

5. The plan description clearly states that it includes one host. If you scroll down, you will see it mentions the option to purchase additional codes if you need more hosts.

6. Unfortunately, we don’t have a ticket-selling feature and don’t plan to add it. NOTE: Event registration is not included, as stated in the plan description.
