Q: How do I get rid of annoying welcome screen?
Hi there, I purchased the plan with white label functionality. Upon testing I see that the person joining is always faced with this annoying welcome screen https://tinyurl.com/27etolnm prompting them to download the software. Although they can click on join online, this is unnecessary and annoying! This is the reason I don't use Zoom.

We do not have a plan with whitelabel functionality, and we did not advertise that we offer any plan that allows you to whitelabel our service. We have plans that allow you to customize the color scheme and upload your logo.
I understand some people prefer not to download apps, but you see options to continue in the browser or download the app because you are not using a supported browser. We only support Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
If you’re using Chrome or Edge, you won’t see the pop-up "continue with browser or download the app."
