My New Workhorse
I opted for all the codes to get the auto transcript and more participants in case I need it someday. This is better than Zoom in many respects - the interface is clean, the buttons are large and easy to see (good for people like me with poor eyesight). Multiple options for recording layouts. The user interface design on this is THE BEST.
I've now used this software with a number of non-techie clients who had no issues at all using it, in fact one senior told me he was a bit concerned about doing video conferencing and was surprised at how easy it was.
A few things that could be improved: recordings seem to get a bit jerky (could be my connection), sometimes people's video freezes when using the browser version (audio is fine), and there's a tiny logo on the top left corner that shows up in recordings...I tried to replace with a blank gif and a white circle now appears. I want NO logo, not theirs, not mine. There are also no video touch-up features like Zoom to smooth out your appearance or brighten your video if it's a little dark. Other than that, I'm thrilled.
PS Sessions is good too, but Sessions does NOT do full screen video at this time and their conferencing interface isn't as easy to use (or see). Both are great options but I like this for my every day video conferencing.

May 9, 2024Thanks for your feedback; the freezing video can be due to a few issues
1. Low internet bandwidth
2. Are you using a supported browser? Only Chrome and Edge support VP9
3. Some people upload their backgrounds. The video will freeze if the background image file is too large and your internet connection is low. The software is trying to reprocess the video and background over low and unstable internet, which is why it reloads.
4. If you are using a VPN, please turn the VPN off
