Negative experience with support team and founder
I had a disappointing experience mainly due to poor customer support and the founder's replies to my review. My original issue was never properly resolved because support repeatedly misunderstood my question and provided irrelevant responses they assumed answered it. Despite my attempts to clarify, I had to ask the same question multiple times, only to be met with dismissiveness and deflection rather than a solution-oriented approach.
Additionally, they failed to show up for a scheduled support call without notice until nearly an hour later, and I had to follow up multiple times just to receive a response. Rather than acknowledging these service failures, the company/founder shifted blame and dismissed my concerns. In response to my review, they accused me of making false claims and being 'unprofessional' or 'biased' for sharing my experience—an approach that speaks for itself.
A reliable support team listens, understands, and resolves issues instead of gaslighting customers or attacking negative reviews. I stand by my experience, and potential buyers can decide for themselves whether this is the kind of support service they want to deal with.

We provided clear explanations and screenshots showing that the platform is functioning correctly. The issue you raised was related to browser behavior, not a system error, and we gave instructions on how to resolve it.
Despite receiving the same question multiple times, we responded and clarified. It's inaccurate to claim your issue was ignored or dismissed. We tried to help, even when the matter had already been thoroughly taken care of.
