Recording
It states that recording is only available on tier four, but only three plan options are available on Appsumo. I feel like that is a pretty basic feature and should be included. I would have given it higher, but that is a big negative for what I would use it for—a good video streaming service.
Since I can't reply to your reply, I do not appreciate the snarky reply. Twenty lines of text, and in the middle, it says specific tiers only have recording, so to say I knew what I was buying is disingenuous since the "tiers" say codes and not tiers. Multiple questions have been asked to have you clarify your tiers, which I just now looked at. I was mostly satisfied with the product, but the customer service reply was snarky and not befitting, as I did not give a bad review.

Edited Apr 18, 2025On AppSumo, all seven tiers are available, but they cannot be displayed all seven in a row. In Tier 3, you can see the drop-down arrow, which, when clicked, shows Tiers 4 to 7. The descriptions for Tiers 1 to 3 do not indicate that a recording is included. We ensure that we are transparent about our advertising. Please check the AppSumo description and what is advertised on our website; recordings are not available on all plans. Unfortunately, we cannot add a recording feature to Tiers 1 through 3.
If you go to Tier 3 and click on the drop-down arrow, you will see all the other plans. There are seven tiers that cannot fit in a row. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the AppSumo website; they post all the deals, and the layout of their website, as mentioned above, cannot accommodate seven plans. This is a screenshot of
