Dissapointed
I was excited to replace loom and get a one time purchase instead of a monthly price. (It's a great deal) - However, my account seems to be setup properly. (I switched emails so I had a snag). After going back and forth with support, I still can't get my account setup correctly. Now it's limiting my recording time to 1min (free account). I'm passed the point of getting a refund, so hopefully this will help you make the right decision.
