Is it possible with your tool to send several follow-up messages one after the other with corresponding branches? The requirements are, for example, the user (customer) sends a first message and then automatically receives a WhatsApp message back via your tool where he is asked, for example, would you like to subscribe to the WhatsApp newsletter? In the message he has the option to select yes or no. If they select yes, they will automatically receive a follow-up message, for example a PDF or video, via WhatsApp. By clicking on YES, he also confirms the double opt-in for the WhatsApp reception
I would like to set up a classic WhatsApp newsletter flow Or is it only possible with your tool to send individual messages to individual users or to send messages to groups of users?
A: We are looking into receive part, but no promises or guarantees as we need to figure out the viability & cost. The sending of messages itself is saving you tremendous cost & time btw, otherwise using normal Whatsapp API will cost you a lot per message
1.Does the use of WbizTool comply with WhatsApp / Meta’s official policies?
2.Have you encountered any cases where WhatsApp numbers were blocked due to the use of your platform?
3.In case of a block, does it affect only WbizTool or the WhatsApp number in general (including mobile use)?
4.Is there any recovery or unblocking process available if that happens?
5.What do you recommend to minimize the risk of being blocked?
6.How does WhatsApp detect if a number is being used in an unauthorized or automated way, and what kind of practices or signals should we avoid to stay safe?
A: We haven't seen any numbers being blocked because of using wbiztool.
What do you recommend to minimize the risk of being blocked? - Do not spam your users with unsolicited promotional messages, if end user mark you as spam or block you, then the overall account is at risk. Maintain a healthy hourly volume of sending 100-150 messages/hr
Q: how can we serve our user QR Code? is there webhook?
I am completely using API - and my users won't have access to your dahsboard to establish the whatsapp connection. Is there any API which allows me to send the QR code via API (or webhook in the response from Whatsapp Client Create API (https://wbiztool.com/api/v1/whatsapp-client/create/). without it means every user would have access to the dashboard and connect. We would like to be done programmatically. Thank you

Jun 4, 2025A: You can’t track or branch based on WhatsApp replies (like “YES” or “NO”) automatically.
You can automate send part but not receive part.
Yes you can send messages to both individuals & groups.

Q: Some doubts
Great tool!! I’d like to clarify a few questions:

3.In case of a block, does it affect only WbizTool or the WhatsApp number in general (including mobile use)?

Thank you very much for your time.

May 28, 2025A: you can manually send QR code image to your client to connect. Anyhow it's a one time setup.
